We accept most dental insurance plans. If you have a co-payment portion, it is expected that the portion will be collected at the end of every appointment. Please note that the appointment you have is reserve for you only and for whatever reason, should you require to reschedule or cancel the appointment, please give us 24 hours notice or you may be subjected to cancellation fee.
