Dr.Cindy Cao
Principal Dentist
Dr. Cao is the principal dentist at Care Dental Clinic. She spent her earlier childhood in Lima, Peru before moving to Vancouver when she was 10 years old. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Dr. Cao entered UBC Dental School where she graduated at the top of her class in Periodontics in 2004. Since then, she associated for 2 years in a West Broadway dental clinic and as an associate at Coquitlam Centre Dental Clinic for the past 7 years. An opportunity came up at the current location and she is delighted to move her practice back to Vancouver and serve the community where she grew up. She has a warm, caring, and gentle personality which also makes her a great children’s dentist. When she is not busy with dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and 2 daughters. Dr. Cao keeps up her skills by taking countless hours in continuing education courses and she was a part time clinical instructor at UBC where she taught clinical skills to senior dental students. She is a member of Canadian Dental Association, College of Dental Surgeons of BC, BC Dental Association, and Chinese Canadian Dental Society of BC.
